      -Flexible hours -Remote work capable -Great way to learn about tech/other fields on top of your own -variety of projects -fun and vibrant work culture -good benefits -Management is helpful and accommodating

      Cons

      -wages could be a bit higher (makes up for it with benefits) -self management oriented (possibly a pro)
