I worked at Johnson & Johnson full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    1. Job rotation every 2-3 years to get different exposure, 2. Competitive salary and decent yearly merit increase, 3. Recruiters will always be knocking on your door, 4. Established processes and organized work instructions available

    Cons

    1. Political work environment where you have to say what the management wants to hear, 2. Makes you wonder why many Indian FTs kept getting transferred over to Singapore office on a one-way ticket (and an express lane to rise up the ranks), 3. Long hours, 4. Three-month notice period if you are a Senior Finance Analyst (Band 25) and above.
