I wish we got to meet eachother in person more often. Our offsites are twice a year and they're incredible. But 50 weeks a year we're at home working remotely. It's what I signed up for but the in-person time is so fun and so good for company culture that I wish we could do it more often.
An additional con is that growth and development are tied to company growth and development. It is possible to move up and take on more here at Jump, but often opportunities are tied to the growth of our company. The good news is that we have a lot of growth in our future, but it can be frustrating being beholden to the company success instead of just personal success.
