Pros
Small company so its easy to get to know everyone you work with and your not just a number. Excellent benefit package along with retirement plan. Beautiful location and a very nice building to work in that has a small gym, racquetball ball court, and ping pong tables. Very transparent as to what is happening within the company, financial, within the company.
Cons
Career path is limited due to size of company, in addition there is a lot of nepotism. When additional positions become available they do not provide others with the opportunity to apply from with in. Extremely frugal company that expects you to share rooms when you travel in order to save costs. Annual cost of living increases is what they consider a raise. Although it is a small company there are excessive office politics going on and they rely heavily on the "right to work" law. Juniper has 15 maxims that they consider to be the foundation that Juniper was build on. However, the maxims only apply when it is in the best interest of the company.
