Depends on department - some good colleagues and nice bosses. But some stakeholders may be difficult to deal with (like any other company, there will be such colleagues).
Cons
Team-bonding is difficult due to work-from-home arrangements. Welfare is limited.
- Current Employee, more than 8 years★★★★★
Constantly overworked
15 Aug 2021 - Senior Assistant Manager in Jurong East New Town,RecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Helpful co-workers, friendly environment, conveniently located between few malls.
Cons
Management is always cutting manpower, causing staff to stay back and overwork too frequently. Management only cares about KPI. There is also this cultural where you get to do other people’s work just because they do a lousy job (instead of pushing them to improve).
- Former Employee★★★★★
Pros
the culture was very closely knit, like a big family till the clustering took place
Cons
Some of the colleagues CMI but still manage to survive there
- Current Employee★★★★★
Pros
Lots of safety measures and practices
Cons
Busy work schedules and tight timelines
- Former Employee★★★★★
Pros
Good Location, stable industry, standard pay.
Cons
Promotion and review are mostly based on service length and with a lot of subjectivity.
- Current Employee, more than 8 years★★★★★
Pros
Overall wellbeing is good and caring
Cons
Listen more to your staff
- Former Employee, more than 3 years★★★★★
Strict in sticking to rules

Cons
Long working hours Nil acknowledgement of education level achieved
- Former Employee, more than 3 years★★★★★
Pros
You will have lots of walking exercise as the place is huge and lengthy. Good amenities. Going to work to and fro, you have the link to use the Big Box link to reach work. H.R are wonderful people who care for you. If you never used your yearly medical benefits it can be a channel to your CPF Medisave account on the following year.
Cons
MRT very crowded at Jurong. Lots of walking unless not required. Do not expect to park your car there, if you own one.

currently not an ideal place to work
10 Mar 2018 - Anonymous EmployeeRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Lots of shopping malls and food choices to choose during lunch time. Facilities are new, so I guess that's a pulling factor to work here.
Cons
I guess many people have mentioned about the leadership of the senior management over here. What I could say is that there is no accountability or ownership from the senior management or the managerial level to oversee the projects. It is very common to see a few departments are doing the same tasks / projects and yet they are not sharing information to one another, causing low productivity during work.
