Lots of learning opportunities. People are ok to work with. Excellent annual leave entitlement. Starts at 21 days. Taking leave is another matter altogether given the heavy workload.
Cons
Finance people work the hardest and the longest among all departments within the hospital. Be prepard to put in long hours almost every day. Ask about the deadlines and workload carefully during the interviews. Eg if the work involves costing of services, ask how many services need to costed.
