Mostly good people. Central location.
Like all public health institutions, progression is extremely slow and pay is sad.

Life and work balance. Very good working environment. The people there are very nice. Lots of learning opportunities
No, positive about this employer1

The department that I am in was small and the people there were generally nice and helpful. Doctors and nurses were approachable and easy to work with. Workload was also managable.
The hospital does not have enough head count to employ clinical research coordinator as full time non-contract staff, thus the contracts were based on fundings and the contract duration changes (from 2 years to a few months). The pay increment was also pretty little.

Not many young people there. I think I was the youngest in the whole Department. Lack of space in the lab, did not have my own desk and was constantly worried that I would bump into People. Lack of space in pantry, almost always had to wait for the sink and water cooler to be not in use.
