      Pros

The pros of working for Kaiser are the benefits and pay.

      Cons

The cons of working for Kaiser is the admins get good pay, not great, but better than most. Your pay may not be commensurate to your actual workload, your workload will be greater than your pay. Hard to move up in an admin position, you can move side-to-side, but rarely up. Definitely a culture of who you know, not what you know!
