No one loves there job more then me I've been nothing but loyal and dependable I've only missed two days in almost 3 years rain or shine I always show .

It just goes to show being a good person doesn't really matter they would rather have a bunch of people who never show do a crappy job and quit when they don't get what they want me I just rolled with what ever they threw at me and just kept doing my job when everyone else quit I was steel there it just really sucks

Pros

They pay is okay. But that is about it. They will hire if you have a criminal record that is clean from 7 years. If not, they will review and make considerations.

Cons

Worried about getting fulltime. Stuck with partime with a promise of full time. No benefits, no PTO, no vacation, no sick time. Retirement plan? 401k is old news. Anyone with a cellphone can build your own retirement plan with an IRA through webull. 401k is a bad investment anyway considerimg inflation and the market is a bear market so anything you contribute will be a bad investment. Management is disorganized, training is poor and lacking. Scheduling is poor, poor work life balance.

Had to constantly call payroll to fix my payment/hours recorded. Clock in system didn't work on app

Racism. I'm a whit person. They don't understand me i guess. They basically made problems for me. So I get out of the warehouse I was last working in . No one should ever have to feel that way. Others then that it was a great job. If like to do it again. Just with people that can't push me out because they do t like me.
