      Pros

      The working culture is great as there is always help given when there is issue encounter. People are willing to help and talents can come from Germany, America and APAC.

      Cons

      I can't think of any.

      nearly everyone is super friendly and tries to be helpful

      1. technologies (legacy and acquired) are at a cross-roads; the future looks precarious due to lack of cohesive strategy and vision 2. critical / transparent feedback is discouraged; prefer kool-aid and no waves
