Pros
A good average job for a stable income earner. The culture and environment is pleasant.
Cons
Very slowmo career progression and potential growth. Past achievements & contributions to the department are easily forgotten by supervisors. Leadership is very weak and no support for admin staff if things went wrong or when given the autonomy to be decision-makers. Keep blaming the surroundings instead of realising their mistakes and knowledge is not up-to-date. Even doubted the integrity of staff commitments to family. No direction for 5 years projection and KPI is not clear. I believe different department differs but not where I am situated in.
