    Cons

Not supported by local employees due to long working hours, plus sceptical management. In management eyes, work pass holders don’t deserve respect.

    Pros

Learn hands-on how to effectively communicate with people. Learn to work in a fast-paced work environment.

    Cons

    - Get to meet the unpleasant sides of people. - Work on alternate Saturday. Work at ongoing projects are so hectic that you will not have much energy left at the end of the day. You will also properly skip going out on your off days too to replenish your energy. - Need to work on site despite Covid situation. Residents' safety and feedback come before our own health and safety. - Residents are always right... just like how customers are always right.

    Pros

    Cons

Lack of manpower (PRO, supervisors, workers...), all experienced staff has been resigned Although company not encourage OT, however PRO forced to OT due to the overload of job scopes Focus on loyalty more than ability Hierarchy management, front line staffs will in suffer and trouble if management lack of decision making and problem solving ability

    Pros

Best part of Kienta (First Glance) - Emphasise of a very traditional Chinese Working Environment/Culture (Celebrate a lot of festive) - Experience Colleague are kind and courteous and willingly to help you go through - Working time flexible (Depending on which Boss you follow or which project you going) - Part of the Management is supportive Conclusion, if you have good colleagues basically is like heaven but if you were pair with drama king or incompetent people is just like hell.

    Cons

    - PRO have to do it all - Some supervisor are very uncooperative make your life uneasy - Wage is average and no progression - As-mentioned, PRO undervalued. Not very supportive especially on sending PRO to gain knowledge to have better understanding or upgrade themselves - A lot of incompetent personnel (My project) hence boss is very dependent with you even with engineer and safety works - one dimension management. conclusion, under appreciate even you have to do everything (sometime including Sunday)
