      They pay on the date that they promised

      Cons

      Upper management does not care and does not know how difficult it is to operate with a 40 years old ERP, they prefer to hire a VP that makes thousands of dollars thinking they will fix the company, but they won’t. They will just create a hostile environment to put more pressure on employees to do better but they won’t invest in new tools.
