The work is varied and interesting, with a good mix of established companies and entrepreneurial startups on the books. There is a genuine passion for emerging technologies, and keeping the business' offering current & innovative. Social activities are well planned and diverse, rather than just attracting the same faces to the pub each week. There is a good balance between WFH and time in the studio collaborating with colleagues and clients - it always feels like there is a good reason for commuting, rather than it being enforced for the sake of it.

My position at Kyan has been my favourite job working in accounting. Everyone has been so welcoming and just so friendly. I've been given a lot of opportunities to progress within my role which has been great; whilst also pushing me too much and letting me progress at my own pace whilst juggling kids/home. The flexible working has helped me so much. The social events are fab and so much effort goes into making the team happy and it really works. Office is fab too!
