Pros
The few weeks the owners leave the office to go overseas- that's perhaps the best thing about working here. I can't think of anything else.
Cons
It is run by people with zero experience in the industry, and it shows in all aspects of the business. Lack of direction, no one solving problems, and an overall lackadaisical attitude about everything. But then they complain relentlessly about how broke they are. And the space is so uninspiring and quite disgusting. I had to beg to get cleaners in to clean the office. Barf.
