Pros
° Yearly increment ° Bonus included ° Lots of company/team dinner outside of working hours (not sure if that's counted as a good thing) ° Other colleagues are all okay ° Jobscopes are manageable ° Annual leave is the normal numbers of days in the local scenes, which is good.
Cons
° Too little medical benefits as compared to other companies in the local scenes (I work in one of the subsidiaries of Lemo) ° Even if there's overtime, there's no overtime pay (as of now, there's no overtime yet.) ° No company medical/dental insurance, which is one of the most important things that attracts people into a company. ° There's no management control over coming late and leaving early ° There's not much prospects for promotion when it's a small subsidiary.
