      Paychecks are made in office

      Cons

      Pay is horrible, office is dirty and cluttered, CEO is unprofessional, morale and energy is super low from top to bottom, business seems like it is barely making it with no plans for innovations, everything is old (technology, computers, software, etc), the skills you pick up here will get you nowhere, and there is no structure, they're just taking it day by day.

      Pros

      - Friendly and fun working environment - Being a woman working in a male - dominated company I feel very comfortable - Supportive and encouraged learning - LOTS of room to grow - No two days are the same

      Cons

      Awful coffee maker and not enough mugs. Another thing to note because of the size of the company and the fact that is growing so quick you need to be accountable. There isn’t someone looking over your shoulder making sure you are doing everything right.
