You get a bonus IF your store achieves the monthly target There are incentives for certain counter add on items. 200fils for sale of items like smartwatch, headphones, perfume, tablet etc.

The first problem is the fact you're working in Retail :( You have deal with the retail life of a shift system. Shifts include Morning, Afternoon & Split so good luck balancing work-life. Your shifts are 9 hours a day (8 hours work & 1 hour break) 6 days a week If you're Cashiering you'll likely exceed 9 hours with no compensation. You're expected to work long hours during sale periods. You do get compensated with extra hours. You can save up those hours for a compensatory off (8 extra hours = 1 comp off)
