      Pros

      PTO for your birthday. Balloons provided for your birthday month.

      Cons

      - hostile work environment - employees verbally abused daily - you'll be fired for thinking differently than leadership - leadership consisted of only 1 female representative even though the full team was 6 members at one time - continuous process changes on the fly - no training - high turnover rate - emails are forbidden among departments unless it is your specific department. - open conversations between departments was only allowed if the weather and weekend plans were the only topics discussed - group chat, emails and phone calls are recorded and frequently reviewed to ensure compliance - individuality is frowned upon. Creativity is against the rules - food is not allowed at your desk. - not allowed to work from home - customer service was not a priority in this company

      Good benefits. Company seems great from the outside but, terrible once you are in.

      Cons

      High expectations with no coaching or development. Owner barely knows his own pricing or how to use internal tools correctly which is why there is little to no training. Mass confusion amongst departments, and no formal procedures In place which causes lots of finger pointing . Heavy turnover and layoffs. Not a healthy place to work. The culture is horrible and the efforts to make it better are fake. Leadership could care less about the culture.

      Health Insurance! Nothing else is a pro!

      Cons

      Management is very unprofessional. You have to be part of the in crowd to make it in the business. Its all about being teachers pet. People get treated like children, if not worse. You get shamed in front of your peers if mistakes are made. Managers that have no clue how the business is ran and yet have high expectations. Honestly felt like I was in high school all over again.
