      Pros

      I worked in both production and maintenance at this company. People are friendly, management is reasonable, and the company really appreciates its employees. Really good free food for reaching safety milestones, transparency on company direction, and little tolerance for bad behavior, which makes for a happier workplace.

      Cons

      Can only listen to AM/FM radio stations and can't listen to headphones. Hot in the summer time, since the plant is too big to air condition. Really reaching for cons--this is a great place to work.
