      Pros

      Lionsgate truly cares about their employees and makes an active effort to support them. Additionally, the compensation is very fair and better than other companies for similar roles.

      Cons

      The company is great, however the onboarding was a little bit overwhelming.

      Pros

      Hustle and being proactive is rewarded. Leadership instability leads to opportunities to expand skill sets contribute in meaningful ways. Great group of people who are incredibly supportive.

      Cons

      Low pay. Not enough experts. Everyone is too green in middle management. Not enough time or resources to work smart. Constantly being asked to do more with less makes sharpens your skill set but not sustainable.
