Extremely supportive coworkers and team, great hours and pay.

Cons

Kinda hard to determine what to do with spare time in between covering breaks or bathroom breaks, leaving me wondering where I'm best needed.

Pros

Consistency, structure, opportunities for advancement, provide good classroom furniture and materials, EEC regulations are prioritized, opportunities for overtime pay (which a lot of teachers need and/or complete anyways)

Cons

Curriculum is given to teachers and there is not a lot of flexibility or creativity. Some aspects feel superficial and like checking-off boxes rather than actually being needed or appropriate. Not a lot of support on HOW to deliver curriculum, especially tailored to your particular students.
