Pros
Talented people - so young and still so bright and so keen to run the extra mile to understand "what could happen if..." Training - The amount of training available is unbelievable. There is sooo much you can learn form leading people!
Cons
In agencies in general you tend to work harder than from the client's side: you have to manage several clients at the same time all with very different needs and demands. If don't know how to manage this, sometimes could lead to stress.
