      Lottomatica is a very good company, they have important business and very interesting problem to solve, technically a very quick growth

      Cons

      It is a bit complicated to grow your level and depends on the project you work for the work/life balance is not good, salary never changes

      No growth, no career, stuck in the same position for years, no salaries update, no level up. Old style management, so pyramidal.
