Pros
Laid back and friendly pay is very good compared to other retailers I started out making over 11 dollars as an entry position
Cons
Truck scheduling is random and nobody seems to know when it is coming or if we aren't getting a tuck until the day of. Makes planing harder.

Pros
The pay is good and you will make a lot of friends with those at the front end
Cons
Sometimes the lower management (ie head cashiers and front end supervisors) will not know how to properly manage workflow. Could lead to stressful situations where you are the only person at customer service and have a line of 5 or more customers

Pros
OK job for someone needing a part time job with low pay and no desire for a future
Cons
Management is a joke, No training so your ability to grow or offer great service to customers is handcuffed. It's amazing how companies like these expect great results without any providing any level of professionalism, personal respect, or training to their employees. At least China is winning with all of the cheap low-quality junk being sold there.

Pros
Lowe's has great benefits for both part time and full time employees. The pay is great and they work with your schedule (especially college part time students)
Cons
Sometimes the management forgets that its they're job to manage and lead as well set an example. Leading by example has always been the best motivator for me.
