1. Experienced employees do not move up the career ladder because of hierarchical bottleneck. Some of the leaders and managers are in the organization for quite long time as they are too comfortable with the place. Since they do not move to other departments or grow (not that significantly), their subordinates do not get chance to grow. 2. Lack of quality standard in operation: There is no regular quality check done on the operation/production. 3. Too casual approach: Only when disaster hits, management looks at the problem and no general precautions are taken for future unforeseen situations. 4. Preference is given to close associates of managers. It is there almost in all organizations, BUT eliminating this makes a workplace a better place and that is when the employees rate the company as "preferred workplace to work for" 5. Not much opportunities to move from one role to another suitable role. Nobody loves to have a new job role where he/she has to start a new life and again needs to prove self. There is absolute lack of promotional internal movements.

Less market value, no stiff competitor, Management does not make an effort to bring a change in the products, working on same legacy products, old technology and tools practiced, you will not know when you will be fired, be careful
