      I got out in time

      Cons

      Moved to a minute factory, way too small for the business. Most teams working against each other deflecting their problems onto everyone else. Reduced volumes every quarter, a real fear with staff that this is closing

      -they pay you to work -managed to escape before the place burned down

      Cons

      -moved to a titchy little building not big enough for production -not enough parking spaces for staff have to park on the street -managers dont listen to feedback and make really stupid decisions poor management everywhere -anyone thinking of working here dont do it this place is closing down soon mark my words everyone here looking for new jobs
