Good platform by company but requires more support
Pros
Parent company is AIA. Platform is overall good. Lots of opportunities to learn and grow. Good for parents who are looking to work with flexibility of time to take care of their kids.
Cons
Lack of support from the agency itself. Its possible to do well, but mostly effort is done by the advisors. If you are expecting growth and support, look elsewhere. If you are not entirely independent, this will not be the place for you. Lack of open discussions and feedbacks as well. As consultants feedback, usually it will get shut down. Be prepared to burn some money for non-revenue generating "business costs" as well such as an app that is severely underutilised and "AGM" trips. The director is good at "sweet talking" you into the business but the true colours will soon be exposed as you stay longer in the business.
