      Great people and snacks, but management is lacking

      Great snacks and the everyday people you work with are great

      Cons

      The biggest con is management. MN lacks a strong leader that has a clear vision that people can resonate with. In addition, when executive management is present (most of the time they are not), they are borderline incompetent. Elon musk is brought up regularly on how we should model our business like his. In addition, there were layoffs recently that impacted about 15-20% of the company. Lastly, the company lacks transparency. If you sat in the all hands, you would have thought everything was great and amazing, but behind the scenes, it’s been a disaster. Overall, I would not recommend.

      The people in the teams are the best part

      Cons

      ownership/ executive leadership hires great people and experts in their filed. However, they do not let the experts make decisions. Instead they make all sorts of process changes and decrease project budgets. Still they have great expectations of the projects. There is limited opportunities for advancement and pay was not good for the amount of work they asked expected.

      Good projects and opportunities to gain experience.

      Cons

      Constantly changing processes, heavy workloads, high expectations, and very limited work-life balance. The company has a hire-fast, fire-fast culture, and layoffs can create uncertainty for employees.
