Remuneration is above average. Considered higher than civil service. Profit sharing, performance bonus and AWS is included. New management is quite forward looking.

Compared to typical public service organisations, the work here can get quite hectic because of the nature and urgency of our work. Our work is crucial to Singapore. Therefore if you think it's "just another public agency" then I advise to look elsewhere. The work is purposeful though which is why many of us work hard.
