Great team atmosphere, good leadership and plenty of room for advancement. Very family friendly. Great place to work and raise a family.

Twenty four hour service. long hours. very political. Management thinks their stuff doesnt stink. dirty work. very dangerous, Love it.

Pros

There are some really great people working at MSD. Most of the people working in Engineering have been there over ten years. The work environment is fun and professional. It's one of the few places in El Paso where there is some opportunity for design engineers.

Cons

I think the company is not very competitive with regards to compensations and benefits. Opportunity for advancement is also fairly sparse.

Pros

The pros are, I like working with my hands. I like to construct and put different parts together, to create one object.

Cons

The cons are, the pay would have to be the main con. Another con, the tools and parts I work with can be dangerous but I am careful, so it is not bad.
