- competitive salary - convenient workplace - corporate events - bonus system (based on your efficiency, but not that much) - WFH opportunities even before COVID, no hard control over your time, flexible working hours - HR for the most part takes into account your concerns - fitness compensation or medical insurance (choose one)
Cons
At some point you realize that you need to switch to a different project and/or find a new place to work at to grow as a specialist. And it might turn out that there're not too much opportunities left in company.
