No pros at all. Terrible company to work for.
Cons
Bad management, lack of communication, equipment that often does not work or come with instructions, constantly understaffed so you're forced to work harder and longer hours to pick up the slack. Upper management doesn't care about the front line employees at all...they only worry about the bottom line. Very low employee morale and high turnover rate.
