      Cool Job, Beware of CEO

      Diversity, Getting to Serve the community.

      Cons

      The boss, Ms. Blue, is a bully. She made me cry in front of everyone and I'm not the only one. She would get angry whenever I asked a question, as if I had been there forever. She once threatened me by saying "You don't want to talk back to me. I'm from Compton."

      Pros

      Staff is nice. They are good people doing important work.

      Cons

      The CEO is a psychopath. Asking simple questions can trigger her. She expects you to come up with metrics, estimate data, and will request funds for items she has no intention of purchasing. Who do you think will be blamed when things go wrong? This is an unsafe workplace wherein she fosters an environment of uncertainty about job security and ensures that all departments run as silos.

      Pros

      I would grade the medical insurance B+ because it only covers the employee. However, if your single it is excellent.

      Cons

      Just don't work there. The high turnover rate is do to the CEO's deplorable behavior.
