Great place to meet lots of artists and work with wonderful people, except for the male directors
Cons
As a woman, you will always need a man to back you if you want to accomplish anything. Reports of sexual harassment and discrimination were never taken seriously. Salary discrimination. No effort to make the place more inclusive. Constant infighting among male directors and CEO for power. Revolving door.

.get to meet alot of interesting artists that are tenants in the building .open house events .intersting colleagues

.worse management ever. they keep changing bosses, and some dont care about you and are totally uninvolved. staff affected from ego power-driven bosses with their own agenda .very toxic environment due to bad management .unprofessional leadership (inappropriate relationship between staff and boss- resulted in total control of budget) .favortism amogst bosses and staff .lack of transparency in pay grade results in unfair pay .every two - 3 years there will be a huge firing or quitting of staff .HR is bad .bad covid procedures. the boss kept secret a covid outbreak for over a week. .ceo stated on glassdoor is no longer CEO. its changes a few times

upper management was terrible, disrespectful, rude. HR was a nightmare. There are so many companies that the HR Process seemed sketchy.
