      A company that supports: Diversity , Ownership of ones career, and supports, career development, Flexibility , Fantastic working environment and work spaces. A company that has purpose, which in turn gives you purpose .Takes culture seriously

      As much as it is great to work in a fast paces environment, sometimes it is important to focus on the basics and get those right first.

      Pros

      I have been reading reviews for a long time since I have worked at this company for 5 years and it is surprising that if there are a couple of negative reviews, immediately positive reviews appear afterwards. It feels very suspicious. There is a good friendship environment between employees. Actually there was. The company shrink their operation quite a lot in Europe. They are focusing more on Asia since it is cheap and reviews at this webpage from Asian side doesn't reflect the true perspective of European offices.

      Cons

      The management makes poor decisions which reflects to employees in a negative way. The company has values which are not valued. Employees suffer monetary wise. There is always a misuse upon employees which decreases motivation. Basically, they exploit you as much as and as long as they can.

      Pros

      Good office location for public transport users. Work-life balance is quite ok. Employee free time activities

      Cons

      Company management has similar structures as in family-owned businesses. Management team is an old friend group which works together over 10 years. The management does not want to include any new members, they want to keep the same team even though the industry and leadership skill set evolve over time. This friend-group management limits the turnover growth and profit level almost to zero. The problem occurs as the management cannot implement any robust direction for the company. Unfortunately the lack of profitability directly causes the sharp decline in average earnings for every employee in the company.

Building company growth is always lot of work, and whereas all our big countries in Europe have grown according to plans, whereas for some smaller business units not performing as expected after many years of operation, we have changed the plan. Do let us know if you have any questions further on the challenges you mention, since we believe to have been very open annually at the kick-offs how each of our markets are performing. We are happy to share that info again, in case you wish so.
