some colleagues are willing to talk more, others seems just working for a job, a hi and bye culture.

Cons

European management team is proud of their business. Work "smart" rather than work hard is the key even if you dun know how to get things done. if you are a smooth talker you will get you way out of situations when being question, and will be there working happily forever after. Trouble maker are the ones raising issue for immediate action and will be 'Blacklisted' as going against the company lazy working culture. Foreign talent like to sugar coat the management with unrealistic real life situation outside. Poor management support as they believe their European mindset can be use in Local and asia.

Good product. Autonomy in some areas where you can put your skills and experiences in use.

Cons

Underpaid and overworked at subsidiary level. No emphasis on balanced work life culture. Mostly lip service from Management. Some people can stay in a job for long time despite many negative feedbacks. Do not like to face real issues direct. Take a long time to implement projects. Huge gaps between HQ and subsidiaries in terms of work life balance, benefits, salary, etc. Strong French culture.
