      Terrible company culture.

      Free food often, good work-life balance

      Cons

      Very toxic company culture. Management is condescending, resistant to change and always think they're right so never listen. Especially engineering's management. No room for growth within the company at all.

      Has operations in multiple locations. Was able to attract good talent. Culture was good. Open environment. Flexible Timings. Decent Facilities.

      Salaries not paid ontime many times. Cash Flow issues in the org. Did not scale up and capitalize the good talent properly.
