Pros

-People at the lowest level were usually pretty friendly -The office was nice

Cons

-Lots of people here across all departments trying to skate by without doing their work or doing the absolute minimum. The few people that actually care are overburdened to the point they work insane hours to get a deliverable product. -It falls on the lowest workers to pick up management's slack and bad decisions. -Management takes on way too many contracts without consulting the development teams. -Crunch culture is the worst I've seen here. -The titles here are arbitrary and don't actually line up to someone's experience: Saw a lot of "Senior" titles given to people that had less than 3 years total of work experience; also saw those same people with no management experience being pushed into management. -People are fired randomly without any notice or reasoning. -Very much a "boys club" atmosphere; a lot of women get unwanted attention and there's no one for them to go to about it. -HR was there to protect the CEO. -This is one of those companies that uses the "We're all a family here" trope to guilt employees into working long hours and to excuse when coworkers overstep professional boundaries. -Most people here have little to no other company experience

Pros

- Many of the lower level employees are good people - There are lots of people that keep their head down and barely work, but still get paid (come in late, leave early, long lunch breaks, games during work, etc)

Cons

- Company takes on too many contracts then overworks employees - No job security. Everyone is afraid of being fired because it happens so often with no explanation - Women are constantly harassed. Most employees are single men, so the few single women that exist are constantly hit on - Everyone is family until their interests don't align with the company. No one is allowed to talk to people that leave the company or get fired with no explanation - Massive decisions are made on a whim. Priorities constantly shift, titles are made up on the spot, people get fired/demoted with no notice, and compensation swings dramatically - No one knows what they're doing

Pros

-Incredibly diverse and talented team at the workforce level, inspiring to work alongside. -Supportive coworkers -Work travel and events are all very compelling to be a part of. -Decent benefits and PTO

Cons

There is a massive disconnect between all levels of management, both from the low-levels managers to employees and within the upper management structure itself. What starts as sunshine and rainbows quickly degrades as the true colors begin to show. I do not recommend anybody put in more effort than their initial responsibilities entail- they are quick to take advantage of people willing to put in long hours. This company is not worth your time, or energy, beyond 40 hours a week. The toxicity found in management and the "this is just how it is" mentality in regard to crunch culture is coursing through this company's veins, and the boy's club mentality pushes out anybody who goes against the grain. I witnessed many employees get let go with little reason or warning given, simply because somebody in upper management didn't like them. Tread carefully, should you join the team. Additionally, your growth is luck of the draw- you have to be favored and also stand up for yourself. And even then, you won't always get what you ask for. Simply doing/being good at your job won't get you a promotion.
