      Decent employee benefits such as annual leave, paid for medical insurance and dental insurance. + AWS

      Cons

      Time wasting daily heads up and heads down meeting with the rest of the team to account for placement numbers. High attrition rate with at least 1 or 2 CCs leaving every month. No empathy for staff when they have to deal with difficulties, feedback is never taken from the ground. Delegation of responsibilities from top down without offering any positive inputs on your daily work. Poorly established and redundant work processes due to low trust environment. Do not waste time with your career here as there is little commercial value you can add to your resume for your next job.

      High KPIs driven although it was meant to help people back to workforce Non supportive management who had no idea how to lead High documentation and ever-changing process which confuse everyone Tons of meeting with the same questions ask everyday.

      Salary on time, friendly consultants

      Cons

      - no leader - stressful environment - loads of paperwork - too many tasks which is impossible to complete - PM is not logical and can get annoyed easily - work late to complete tasks - micromanaging management - too many processes to remember - processes change too frequently as well - it's a pure sales environment - 1-2 staff leaving every other month - promotion is self nominated rather than getting promoted for the hardwork - High KPI & only wants to earn profit for the business - incentives are given only if you fulfill a long list of criteria which is nearly impossible
