I recently joined Meallmore as a Care Home Manager, and from day one, I've been truly impressed by how supportive and welcoming everyone has been. The culture here is one of genuine teamwork and respect - people across all levels of the organisation have taken time out of their busy schedules to share their knowledge and help me settle in. The induction process has been well structured, with meaningful introductions and learning opportunities that make you feel valued and set up for success. It's clear that Meallmore invests in it's people and wants everyone to thrive and strive. I already feel part of the company that lives it's values, puts people first and is passionate about delivering the highest standards of care.
