Pros
Jobs is easy because there's no pressure at all for meeting any deadlines in R&D, unless you are in the production team. No cutthroat competition at work, slow paced, and rather stagnant in new development, so things are slow here. Relatively easy money.
Cons
There's no shared vision of where the company is going, so if you are a software engineer or language model developer with a career goal in AI, you won't really learn anything here or even contribute here because they don't have highly-skilled developers. I can only see a grim outlook.
