Angry Culture

Pros

Working with sports events is interesting

Cons

Mind blown. Anger starts at the top and permeates through the entire organization. Interns and contractors are abused, rarely trained and used as pawns. Ego driven top management feeds the angry culture. Poorly run fiscal management leads to poor budget visibility. Poor communication and internal server organization lead to mistakes and human error. And when things go bad the finger pointing comes out. This is a very unhappy, crazy- making place.

Pros

Features good co-workers with collaborative nature. Everyone works well together to create solutions and execute the work well for clients.

Cons

Management is the worst you could possibly experience. You are expected to work a crazy amount of hours, and are subject to a wild mood swings of boss.
