- Abusive supervisors (not pysically).
- No investment in staff.
- No forward thinking.
- No progression.
- Severe lack of training.
- Disgusting conditions in staff canteen.
- Distinct favouritism amongst certain staff.
- Unfair annual leave delegation/coverage. (Can't get certain holidays over certain favourites amongst supervisors/forced to work weekends in order to cover supervisors).
- Daily 30 minute (unpaid) break split into three 10 minute segments. Can't even eat a pot-noodle in that time...
- No cohesion amongst staff.
- Poor organisation. Always over/understaffed.
