      Pros

      Free Health Insurance with Southern Cross

      Cons

      New Management has destroyed the vibe of this office. Morale is low and everything is micro-managed. All flexibility has been removed and there are set shifts every day of 08:30 - 05:00pm. Poor work-life balance. Low resourcing as critical members have been borrowed to work on special projects to expand the business. Annual leave is often declined.

      Pros

      Flexible working arrangements and interesting work. Was a lot of opportunity’s for further development when I first started with the company. Health insurance is good.

      Cons

      Recent changes over the last 24 months have shown that leaders are not listening to their staff. Known extra-marital affairs in office within leadership team, very unhealthy culture. I feel people are rewarded for who they know, and being in favourite groups, rather than what they know and how hard they work. Have felt recent changes do not align with the company’s values when I first started with them. Have many concerns around health and safety. Difficult in my department to get annual leave.

      Hybrid Working, Good employee benefits. Competitive Salaries

      Cons

      Clicky team managers, Negative and unhealthy environment. No opportunity for development. Meridian became more concerned with companies bottom line rather than the employees that help spin the yarn to gold. Recent changes do not align with values. Promotes an "in the waka" mindset but had no hesitation kicking everyone out it. Removed flexibility making it difficult for working parents to have healthy work life balance. Removed the need for experts in technical/operational spaces that help support the business to make informed decisions around health and safety,
