- Position involves lots of cold calling - If you don't call, you won't graduate - Managements language on what's important shifts frequently

Large company, generous trainee package, lots of opportunities. I felt I had a great deal of general support.

Little training in using the tools and how to's, constant compliance training modules, at times you felt like a number.

A lot of the leaders have no experience providing advice, they don't get the job nor have the mindset for the Job. Merrill does not see the business through the client's eye. Compliance is always looking to get you. Hard to do business.
