    Pros

. Great insight to a WM team within ML . Personally worked more with FA on interesting work than the actual CA work . Began speaking directly with clients day one

    Cons

. If team truly wants a CA, the work can become mundane (per a quantitative person) . Often run out of work to do

    Pros

Bank of America's $20/hr minimum wage was fantastic as a seasonal associate. My coworkers and office were friendly and diligent.

    Cons

There are many required trainings you must complete due to strict regulations in banking and being with a large bank, regardless of what position you are in.
