      Pros

Great benefits, the role is what you make of it.

      Cons

Terrible program at this point. The firm gutted the future of their financial advisory practice and turned into a bank sales role where yousell bank products or firm specific investment models (selling credit cards will be part of your sales metrics). They're letting the older programs either make it or fail and the new efforts are in the new program. If you don't believe me and are interviewing for the new ADP role, ask "what does compensation look like after graduation?" "What is my career like after graduating ADP?". Currently they are recruiting for a role that doesn't even have a clear answer whether or not you'll become a Financial Advisor. Their "trainings" are no more than performance managers reading scripts from powerpoint slides made by 3rd party consultants. They'll then make you read the slide in a public forum. If you remember 3rd grade thinking "please don't call on me" that's exactly how arbitrary the trainings are. Most people who find success at the firm won't share with you what their strategies are because it'll be implemented by others which will then dilute their own efforts. It's understandable because most people don't want 3000 other people stealing their business development practice.
