Pros
Most employees in the engineering department are very talented and very professional. It's great being able to reach out to other departments for help when needed, and great feeling working as a team to reach a specific goal.
Cons
Sometimes things can be too forgiving and environment too relaxed. Although this isn't for most employees, there are a few longtime employees that feel "tenured" knowing they won't lose their jobs if they do the very minimum.
