Pros

They give you vacation time starting day one 11 paid Holidays (though they'll try and get you to work these) Decent pay, and frequent raises

Cons

This company is one of the most disorganized and poorly managed companies I have ever had the misfortune of working for. They sucker you in with a decent wage and plenty of time off only to turn around and expect outrageous overtime. While some of the long time hourly workers are quite nice people, the rest of the ilk are weasels. This place packs more nonsensical drama then a high school cafeteria. People are always in each others business and gossip is rife. Management at this company is often hard to read and they tend to try and accomplish fixes in very draconian methods. To them the ends always justify the means. The CEO has been heard to say that employees are basically robots; when one gets worn down from the stressful long hours another one can be slotted into its place. In addition the machinery and safety precautions at this company are very substandard and outdated. All in all I wouldn't be surprised if the company went out of business with in the next 3-5 years.

Pros

No real attendance policy. Nice cafeteria. Decent pay

Cons

Being a hard worker and trying to do the right thing will not get you ahead here. At least in the plant can't speak for office employees. If you show that your smart and not lazy they will take advantage of you and expect you to do twice the work with twice the responsibility for no extra incentives. If your willing to kiss butt all day and become best buds with your supervisor then you don't have to do anything and will not ever be told about it. I found many times certain employees could do nothing but play on phones and computers entire shifts and never get complained at because they were "special" Management is horrible and clueless. The supervisors don't know how the equipment in there own department operates, yet operators who know everything about what they run have to perform ridiculous operations they know won't work just to satisfy these overpaid idiots. Basically unless you want to deal with constant backstabbing and watching other employees get rewarded for doing less than you this is your place. If your a normal hard working person that doesn't have time for this crap, then look for a real company.

Poor management and oppressive

Pros

If you're an engineer, then you will make good money. If you're not, go somewhere else where they will appreciate you more.

Cons

It is an oppressive environment. They are understaffed for how much work that needs to be done. Everyone wants to put the blame on someone else or pass the work onto someone else. Most of the staff is underpaid. That is not true if you're an engineer though. They get all the money. Management is also like there own little group and they do not spread out the work well.
